1. 30-Day Return Policy
Kairose Jewelry offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn and unused
• Free of scratches, wear marks, or damage
• With all original tags attached
• In the original jewelry box or packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong product
This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Engraved or modified items
• Final sale / clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

4. Exchanges
If you would like a different color, size, or product:
1. First request a return for the item you have
2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item
This is the fastest way to receive the item you want.
5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With all tags attached
• In the original packaging
You must also provide proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time
