Each piece is made to order, allowing you to personalize the design, materials, and details to match your vision. We offer fully customizable designs that customers can choose and personalize themselves. Our designs are suitable for all styles and preferences.
Design takes approximately 2 days. Manufacturing and shipping usually take 4–7 days, depending on specific requirements.
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and uniquely made. Throughout the production process, we conduct 6 separate quality inspections to ensure there are no issues such as fading, stone loss, or defects. All products are accompanied by IGI, GRA, or GRM certification.
We provide IGI, GRA, and GRM certificates. You may have the jewelry verified by any authorized testing institution. If any material is proven to be non-authentic, we guarantee a full refund.
If a quality issue occurs within one year and is not caused by human damage, we offer free repair service and cover the return shipping costs.
We provide elegant and premium packaging. If you have special packaging requirements, you are welcome to contact us in advance and we will assist with custom arrangements.
