The Custom Order Process
Consultation
1.You can provide any sketch, inspiration image, style reference, redesign idea, or new concept.
2.We offer a quotation based on your design requirements.
3.We provide an estimated timeline for 3D design and production.
4.During production, we will share progress photos or videos to keep you updated.
5.A 30% deposit is required to begin the 3D design process.
Material Sourcing & Certification
We source and prepare materials for your piece, and can provide certifications such as IGI, GRA, and GRM depending on your gemstone selection.
3D Design Review & Approval
1.A 3D rendering of your design will be completed within 2 days and shared with you for approval.
2.Once confirmed, a 50% production deposit is required to begin manufacturing.
3.Any necessary adjustments to the 3D design will be made before final approval.
Production
1.The manufacturing process typically takes 5–7 days, depending on complexity.
2.Progress videos or photos of each key stage will be provided to you.
Final Payment & Delivery
1.Once the piece is completed, we will send detailed product photos or videos for your confirmation.
2.After receiving the remaining 20% balance, we will proceed with shipping.
